Well, as country as Martha's Vineyard can be. Today, with the help of photographer Gabriela Herman, we're on our way to a special place called Bettlebung Farm. Head Chef and partner Chris Fischer specializes in farm to table grub--everything you eat here has either been picked or caught that day. Cooking, like all great design, is a combination of colors and textures, with the added bonus of taste. Like great designers, great chefs compose each meal with a meticulous eye and attention to detail and composition, something that is evident in these beautiful images.
